When we put together an individual career development plan, we always start with where you are today. To do that, we conduct a thinking style and working style assessment, interviews, and self-reflection exercises designed to identify your strengths and opportunities.
Clients love the outcome of this assessment phase, because it gives them a head start on strategies they can implement immediately to start moving their career forward.
Build Your Customized Development Plan
We’ll partner with you to identify priorities, then clearly define a path to help you achieve your goals.
Throughout our coaching engagement, we’ll draw on this plan to ensure we maintain momentum. We’ll periodically assess how it’s going and adjust the plan as your needs change.
We’ll break down big goals into manageable steps, help you find and draw on your individual strengths, and provide accountability as you begin
Practice and Refine
Following your personalized development plan, you’ll begin test-driving your individual strategies and providing feedback on your experience.
Coaching sessions will focus on progress, removing obstacles, and helping you identify long-term habits that will make those strategies most effective.
This phase is about locking in on a core toolkit that will take you into the next phases of your career journey. At the end of the engagement, we’ll assess our progress and identify next steps.
